Chkdsk appears in the start up and you want to disable it. Just follow these few easy steps to do so:

3Type cmd

1Click on Start, Run and type in regedit.
2Navigate to the following subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager
3Change Boot Execute to autocheck auto check *
4Exit your registry.
5Restart to make sure that there is no chkdsk at your computer.
